Looks like Maidenhead is on the tube new Elizabeth line which I didn’t know so potentially not impacted by train strikes

That goes a long way out. I didn't know either.

It’s the Elizabeth line buts it’s not the tube, just uses the regular line

For anyone driving, the station car park is at Silco Drive. What three words ref rival.butter.voice. It's about a half mile walk to the ground from there.

I've got space in the car for this one, should anybody need a lift, since our Josh is giving it a miss.

We’re doing a bus from Town too with a few spaces on it. Leaving at 7.30am and stopping at Henley on Thames for a few beforehand

I'm sure the Town lads will fit right in with Jasper and Tarquin in Henley!

Anyone know if you can pay on the day? Hoping to make it but life (well work) has a habit of getting in the way....

6 years ago today was Jack Lester's first game for us as our manager (not seen it mentioned anywhere, just popped up on my timeline). I went to this game as part of a school offer my young un got and knew he (Jack) had his work cut out. We were shocking that day.

Even though we're below where we were that day, we've come a long way.

Was that the home loss to Cheltenham, 0-2? They absolutely battered us that day, and part of me knew we were in big trouble

That's the one. The sprinkler came on during the early stages of the game for some reason. Tommy Lee looked finished for their 2nd goal (think he retired after that game), we had Dennis and o grady on the pitch and it's the slowest front line I've ever seen. Diego did nowt. I can't remember us having a shot that day.

Soak the present up cos we are light years ahead of where we were back then
Here we go again!
