They currently have 10 outfield players available to play tonight.
Their goalie is injured, so they're waiting to find out if they are even allowed to get an emergency loan in.
They've appealed both red cards (2nd yellow for mistaken identity) and are waiting to see if those appeals are successful to give them 2 players on the bench (or 1 if they have to use an outfield player in goal)
All of this is will be settled at some point today, but you've got to feel for their manager trying to prepare for a game tonight, without knowing who he can pick until a few hours before kick off.
So far only 7 Maidenhead fans had bought a ticket.
And only 2 weeks tomorrow until the HMRC case.

They are obviously putting so much into these games. I think we may see a slip off in performance later down the season & we'll probably see a few high scoring games in the interim. Hopefully on the 18th November

High winds and 20% chance of rain expected. If the sprinklers accidentally get left on for a couple of hours I can see him getting a postponement.

Got to give it to Kevin Maher and if he manages to keep Southend up this season, assuming the off field stuff gets sorted, then he should get manager of the season. He has done an amazing job so far 👏👏

At some point it will pop...injuries will kick, fatigue - but got to admire them for keeping going
