With news of Sheckleford being out for around a month, does King come back in? Webb has hinted so, but i wouldn't be too certain.

Anyone know if he's able to come back in?? or does Williams continue there?

Williams offers us a more defensive structure, but we lose that attacking threat king would bring, and he does link up well with Mandy if he's wide right, too.

He came on the other week so unless there’s some unpublicised reason why he can’t, presumably King slots in.

i thought some on here had suggested there was a non-football reason he wasn't involved?

That’s what I read but he was involved last week from the bench at Oxford so unless something has happened in the last 9 days….

In the 3 days between the Oxford and Oldham games more specifically .

I hope for his sake he's OK as he seems a top lad and for the team's sake I hope he's available tomorrow. Williams did OK and will do an adequate job if needs be.

I was by the dugout at Oxford and there were no signs of awkwardness between PC and JK.
By the way, when he came on it was at left back.

Sheckleford seems to be rather injury prone.

Being an exile I ended up in the home end right next to the dug out and less than 6 feet from Cookie. From his comments to Robbo stood next to him, i definitely think its football related.

So was I and i agree with you. Did you pick up on Colclough appearing to have a problem (groin area?)after about 20 minutes. Thoughtvhe may have been subbed at h/t.

I didn't spot anyone near me sporting a waiters cloth over his arm.

Colclough seems to have had the same problem since just before the end of last season, including the play off final. He makes a point of stretching his hamstring every opportunity he has, and rubbing the back of his thigh. Does it affect his game? I thought it did at Wembley, but not sure it does currently.

Tuesday is my night off.
Sorry, I wasn’t looking at Colclough’s groin.

I think King is probably a better solution than Sheckleford ,mainly King is better at attacking but neither of them are much good at defending.

We can cope with any emergency at RB or CB by using Naylor there and playing Banks and Oldaker/Jones in CM.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

It looked like he was carrying a knock to me vs Oldham, but I spotted him standing stretching right hand side of his lower back.
Wouldn't be surprised if he sat out of today's game
