Once again the Spring Equinox saw a new wave of POSITIVITY flow into the Provac. All present at the Equinox Provac gathering had all been given a handful of coltsfoot seeds, which, upon planting, would both symbolise and express the increasing energy of the Cosmos at this time of year.
My good friend, Astra, the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES, together with the entire Doe Lea coven of White Witches, had entered into a whole week of Contemplative Meditation, during which their accumulated Psychic Energy was transmitted to SPIRITE manager, Mr Sherringham for dissemination to the players, obviously to great effect.
As a result of this, a great number of SPIRITES approached us after the game, requesting training in this art.
As a consequence the dawn gathering at the Provac on Saturday will include a lecture on Contemplative Meditation, to be given by Swami Vishnu Pollard of the North Wingfield Hatha Yoga Ashram. This will assist all SPIRITES in harnessing pure Psychic Energy and transmitting it, en masse, to Mr Sherringham.
