All very Trumpesque

If he closes his twitter account, Moondog will be his only link to the outside world.

At least Moondog can sanitise his pronouncements I suppose

There's an old adage - 'when you're in a hole, stop digging'.

Looks like 'Comical Carson's' hired himself a JCB...

He started digging the hole with a JCB, he's gone way bigger than that with the digging machinery now.

TMT = Top Management Teams

Why do some TMTs Succeed and Others Fail?
The findings from Dr. Whitaker’s research on TMTs reveals that successful TMTs make team building and all aspects of emotional intelligence a priority in their day-to-day activities. TMT leaders learn within the team and rely on others for feedback on personal growth and leadership development.
Egos are not overused resulting in a cohesive teamwork in contrast to individual achievers fighting and jockeying for senior positions. Continuous improvement in TMT functioning is a part of the organization’s strategy and results in these teams outperforming their competitors.
Poor performing TMTs mishandle conflict, misuse power and rely on the recommendations of the CEO instead of cooperatively working together as a team. Dr. Whitaker’s research indicates that low performing TMTs are not interested in personal development, team building initiatives, or emotional intelligence attributes as they believe they have already achieved the leadership skills they need to be a part of the TMT.

It's possible the reply was perfectly deserved. However the idea that a director of a football club would address a supporter like that knowing it would likely be make public shows an appalling lack of judgement.

The fact he was likely three sheets to the wind is absolutely no excuse.

Surely the fan will do a Carson and sue him for that kind of abuse?

The sooner he steps out of the limelight and goes back to being a nobody in an office, the better for us and himself. Are the free shares really worth all this abuse and making a XXX of yourself for? Must be in line for a decent whack to carry on after all this.

There are people out there who don't believe he does it for nowt. In any industry you don't get results if your boss doesn't set the standard. With us, failure is certain.

Agreed. However, You are always going to get some fans who post in that manner. If AC is not capable of ignoring such comments, he shouldnt be on Twitter and in the position he's in at our Football Club. As a professional Director of a club, under no circumstances can you say what he's said to a fan / costumer.

The fan is a fan and fans generally hurl abuse in all directlys. The CEO of companies and 'professional' football clubs should not be doing things like that in the public limelight. It brings the whole club, his company and all involved into disrepute and further damages reputations along the way.

He needs to get himself some help, clearly can't lay off the red and clearly can't handle it when he does have a bottle
