Attention all Town fans who went to Rammall Lane. If you get a season ticket and manage to get a ticket for the Stain save you stub and give it to a friend or relative to get them priority over everyone else. Well done whoever thought of this Baldrick style cunning plan.

That would be me then, he must have been peed up when he came up with that pathetic idea. Or was he trying to wind the fans up even more by have us bickering among each other, not knowing how big a fanbase he still has left starting next season. What plonker he is. He's be better thought of if he got us a reliable buyer for the club who will also invest in a sustained effort to keep us alive for a long future.

@ChesterfieldFC Anyone holding a ticket for today's match at SUFC will be guaranteed a ticket for Mansfield Away on production or proof

Just tweeted by AC. Genius send the tickets back so some folk who wanted tickets for today could not get them then make today's tickets priority for scabs away!

STUPID comments from AC no wonder the clubs in such a mess. Some fans not decided wether to renew or not yet if he don't retract what he said he may just have made their minds up for them. Season ticket holders should always get priority .need clarification on this ASAP.

Why all of a sudden do mansfield fans think there big time ? There a mid table league 2 side at best ,fat man Evans will leave at the first decent offer from a league 1/ championship

For the same reason as we thought we were during the Cook era

Both set of fans will be proved painfully wrong

He should have stood by his word and stayed off Twitter.

That's made my mind up about a season ticket

There was no guarantee of a priority ticket before the clown made that announcement, less so now

He'll live to regret that tweet

IMO, AC needs to apologise. Sometimes you can't do right for wrong. However, I think it's worth considering guaranteeing those 2017-18 season ticket holders who bought tickets for the Blunts match first call on the Mansfield tkts. I reckon there'd be 500 or so of those who went to Rammall Lane. I am biased though as I'd be one of those.

why should the town fans who went to brammel lane be more rewarded than those who went to scunny?
or those who went to Gillingham or Bristol or Swindon?

Exactly, what about those who trekked it down to Millwall on a Tuesday night when we were on the abysmal run?

No game should mean more in terms of precedence for a ticket.

Carson needs to think before he puts these ideas on social media.

very daft

whilst I've never believed ST holders deserve priority for away tickets (they get plenty of other benefits from a ST) to prioritize tickets for one game based on going to one other game is just lunacy

Also, weren't STs being sold this year with the explicit information that buying one gets you priority for away games? If this is the case how can the club supersede this with another offer for the Mansfield game?

Because those 'in charge' haven't got a brain. How many time have we picked up on their hair-brained schemes, torn them to bits and then they've backtracked! I'm starting to lose count!

So,say, we have 1000 tkts for Mansfield and 3,000 season ticket holders all wanting to go. How should the club allocate?

ashley will probably come up with a master plan. something like anyone born on a Wednesday (appropriate) gets priority.

Give priority to the 500 who went last weekend and give them an extra ticket each to fulfill DA's mantra of "bring a friend". Or something else equally as stupid...

Also take into account that lounge season ticket holders are promised priority tickets for away games as well, and I would imagine sponsors
