'Lost contact'?
Exactly what does that mean?
And is admitting as much commendable honesty or a bewildering admission of incompetence? From a manager almost saying 'Sack Me! No, please; sack me!'?
It's got to the point I'm just not surprised by this stuff anymore...

Im not surprised this guy has upped and gone. After the donkey performances from the players in front of him who were regular starters, its no wonder this guy was drunk off.

So, we lose millions over the course of a few years and now we've actually "lost" a player? Will AC have to file a missing person's report?
To mis-quote Lady Bracknell from Oscar Wilde's "The Importance of Being Earnest": To lose one loan signing may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose two looks like carelessness.

Is this the same Caldwell who was saying that El Fitouri is still training with the squad?
Now, the truth needs to come out - has GC fallen out with yet another player?
Or, has El Fitouri departed of his own accord and is failing to fulfil his contractual duties which, if so, he should not be paid?

We've allegedly been paying fifty percent of Jay O'Shea's wages to help Sheffyoo get promoted; so would you be really surprised if we're still paying gone-home loanees' wages?

I understood United were paying all O'Shea's wages but no loan fee. However, we do get an extra sum if they get promoted.

I've seen it reported at the Sheffield end that the loan fee was £50K
That dosesn't seem consistent with us paying a proportion of his wages.

No loanee Chris, El Fitouri is our player, signed after the window closed.
He left Man Unuted in the window by his own choice, looking for first team football so you can see why he would be annoyed with his current situation.
