Not seen owt on the main site re the AGM. I assume it's still on tonight and a 7pm kick-off? The cynic in me wonders if it's being kept low key to try and discourage attendees.

Everyone that is eligible to attend will have been sent invites along with proxy forms, should they wish to use them.

I'd anticipate it'll be well attended.

Hmmm.....I'm a registered shareholder but have received nothing in the post but will attend anyway. What's the odds on AC standing up and announcing his resignation and another postponement??? Just saying.....

Nil. The accounts have to be signed off.
However, the odds on AC standing up and explaining that somebody 'has a bad back' or 'wasn't informed' are not so low.

Be fair. Those in charge deserve criticism but the AGM was announced over the PA at the match on Saturday. You can't get more public than that!
