A minutes applause in the 21st minute is the intended way to commemorate the passing of ex Spireite loanee Marton Fulop at tomorrow's game, something will be said before the game so everyone knows prior and his photo will be put up on the big screen with the words RIP ......

Ah i think a minutes silence or applause before game more appropriate surely (remember the Ernie Moss mess when the clock froze)? Or what happens if there's s red card/penalty/goal on 21 minutes....

There may well be a minutes silence before the game now for the people who died in Paris last night, but everybody I have spoken to/read comments from seem to feel that a minutes applause at minute 21 is more fitting.

I agree i'm not a fan of this timed mark of respect, better to get it over with before the game

Given whats happened in paris a minutes silence before ko for those and minutes applause on 21 is the best way to show respect for all
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

im with you on this one. ive never been an advocate of the one minute applause at some vaguely relevant moment in the game. He was a great player and most who saw him play for us would have liked him to sign permanently for us, and its very sad that he has gone. id certainly applaud for a minute before the game, or if that isn't possible now, have a minute silence for both marton and paris.
