I said this a long time ago and was shot down in flames.
I was told that our team was built around Ryan & Morsy and not Roberts. I was right, some well respected posters were very wrong.

So you think that was proof today?
Roberts is clearly influential and you might be right, but come back in 6 weeks so we can reappraise it properly

No need to. Look at how much we missed him when he was injured before.

Roberts was a big miss today. His quality and creativity is as important to us as Will Hughes is to Derby.

When Roberts plays well we win. If Roberts doesn't play we tend to struggle to break through in the last 1/3...and so it was today

As I said, we'll be in a much better position to discuss this in 6 weeks time, assuming no major incomings/outgoings

It is, he is clearly one of our most influential players but the opening two posts make it sound like we'll never score another goal without him using today as proof.
We were playing a team that is supposed to be on its way to the premiership.Today was just a crap day at the office in that regard
If we win the next three, we'll have some plonker suggesting we don't need him and that results prove it.

Well respected posters, who are they?

You see, that is were we differ - much as Jones did well down the left I thought is actual crossing was poor in that he rarely found a blue shirt.
Lack of composure in front of goal was our main problem. Ryan had far more time than he took, Doyle got no power on his only shot on target and blazed wide from another good position, O'Shea and Banks had high efforts and failed to bring saves from their keeper etc.
The first job when shooting is to try and make sure the keeper has to save it on the basis that if he doesn't its a goal. I can't really remember their keeper making a good save whilst Tommy had to to keep us in the game.
