Unfortunately I would imagine this type of attitude and behaviour is somewhat rife in the professional game. My mate and his 8 year old lad were told to 'F@ck off' by Jamie Carragher when asking for an autograph at Derby a few years ago. I suppose the difference is some become arrogant and self-important due to being babied and told they're brilliant over and over and others are just born that way ie. Fatboy.
In my youth I was an ardent collector of football autographs. I can confirm the Keegan was a gentleman and would take time to discuss the game as he genuinely loved football and never forgot his roots.
The absolute worst pig ignorant rude bar steward I ever had the misfortune of trying to get to sign was Bobby Charlton, he would swear at kids, push them out of the way and just be a complete harse hole. His brother Jack was completely different, a top bloke and a gentleman as was our very own Roy MacFarland. The irony being that Jack was seen as the hard man whilst Bobby was supposed to be an "ambassador" for the beautiful game.
Evans (despite being a proven manager) is just an unscrupulous bar steward.

I was talking to the former Rotherham kitman. He said Evans is a vile individual who treats everyone from the cleaner to the office staff disgracefully.
I was talking to a current member of his back room staff and he pretty much said the same thing. Hated going to work, players hated him - he made them play when injured. Just an unpleasant piece of sshit

I would challenge the "proven manager" bit as well....all he's done so far is get promoted with teams that have spent a shed load of cash and he's been backed to do pretty much what he wants in the transfer market.

Fair point, for a moment there I thought you were challenging the unscrupulous bit!

It's a good job I didn't bump into the odious obnoxious repugnant convicted criminal....I may not have been responsible for my actions. Not quite sure of the undercover stuff in the East Stand ....I'm surprised he survived more than 10 minutes amongst our lot.
