I'm fearing another game where we leave with plenty of plaudits for good football but not the points we're increasingly desperate for, though.

Bit of a gamble this one and personally I don’t agree with those that say we should go for it (well I do, but not this way, same as usual but with risking a little more) as the formation leaves us more susceptible in the middle of the park, we are playing with two inferior strikers at the expense of better midfielders and I’m not sure if bringing in Smith, Gardner, Hird and Rico all in one go for such an important game is a gamble too far, when all that was required is Tog’s or Hird for the suspended Ryan.
I just hope his gamble pays off as we could really be in the mire come 5 O’clock and if so then Cook’s a genius

Correct mate I don't give a damn how we do it
And who does it main thing is coming home with
3 points no matter how we do it

Very surprised at the wholesale changes at this stage. I am with you, one change for today, then if we had failed, bigger changes for Friday. If we lose/fail today, not sure where Cook goes next in terms of team selection. Crisis beckons.
Let's hope all is forgotten at 5pm and we are set fair..

Aye, he's set himself up big style for a fall, pressure really on if the gap closes on us today!
Like you say, anything could happen and let's hope we get the result as where does Cook go from here if he fails and one of the other two results goes against? Kept it tight today and keep possession, it's a lot harder to do with less in midfield and wholesale changes; though like everyone else says, however three points come about I don't care.. We've not exactly had much luck, look at last weekend with perfectly two good goals being chalked off for offside, that would have put a whole different outlook on things and we'd be talking about the championship not missing out to the playoffs!

It'll be meltdown on here if this lineup fails
Also interesting is that we have to put a 17 year old on the bench just to reach 7
