Danny, how much do you think roughly it will be?
Shouldn't we be trying to sort it out sooner rather than later if its going to happen.

About 200-250. Depending on numbers and the dates we go. I agree the sooner we sort it out the better, but.............. whenever we suggest dates there is no reply so how can I go about booking it?? I'm happy to book it in my name but I don't want to be left to foot the bill if people drop out etc......
It's put up or shut up time I think, if any-one interested replies with convenient dates I will book it within a week of having definite numbers and dates.

To add to that I think the deposit was Ā£50 per person, with the balance to be paid by some point in February.

Any time is suitable for me really. I'm pretty easy going about it all.
I agree, if you commit, and then drop out, you still foot the bill, unless you find a replacement.

Dunno about replacements. I know they want full names etc... when the booking is placed, preferably just don't drop out!

Alex I seem to recall said he would if he had any annual leave left, Trev depending on dates, Andy seemed up for it, Mark - dunno, maybe. Gaz said he was up for it, can't remember if Jake was or not. Ash - Dunno, maybe (only problem with that is as he is under 18 who would be responsible for him legally???) I'm sure they said in the travel agents if there were any under 18's we just need a consenting letter from a guardian or something.
We need to set a deadline for people to confirm. How about a week today?

if i was able to go, it would probly be july onwards, but i'm not 100% sure i coud afford it, i know its only 200-250 quid, but i owe my parents around 5k, i am in my overdraft by way to far, and still haven't paid my parents for any rent for my accomodation yet. i will pay most from my nxt to loan installments, which then still only pays them 2k at most, as i will still need to use some of the installment to clear my overdraft.

If it is July that is peak time so may be 100 quid(ish) more expensive.
Let us know either way, though I'm sure you'll be there when we go.

my course tutor said, i have looked at term times, and i finish sumesta b, on my 20th birthday (everyone pencil that day in ) but i have exams, i wouls have though that they would have been finished by june. he just said, best to book holidays from july. even if i was able to make it in june, i still wouldn't be able to commit, with my financial state that this moment in time.
apart from these factors i'd be well up for it, be an awsome holiday.
