I have been watching "The Match" and Graham Taylor gave me some idea's regarding team building.

I texted a few of the squad (the one's who's number's I have got) and the suggestions came back as paintballing, karting or a big session.

So, because team building session's aren't 100% fun, I suggest that we have a round of pub golf.

A different drink in each pub (every player will have to have the same drink) and one person in each pub has a challenge that they must do.

if you do not do your challenge you will drop 5 "shot's" if you do not drink the required drink you will drop one "shot".

The closest person to par at the end of the day will be the champion.

Attendance is requested from any-body who wants to play for the Message Board Blue's.
This week, I have been mostly... drinking excessively

Before we have the bonding session, any idea's for challenges?

Ordering a round of drinks in French?
Chatting up the first person at the bar (regardless of whether there is a partner there)?

Could do ordering in German!

Was chatting up a Swede on hol while her partner was talking to a mate, Lol! So that is viable as well!

Getting the DJ to play the cheesiest song ever (YMCA, Birdie Song) and then get people to dance... could be amusing!

That could work, though it would have to be a later on challenge (when the DJ's are in)

How about ordering a round of drinks and walking off without paying and ignoring the bar maids plea's?

Done that before! Ordered flaming whatever you call it (i just cant spell it) and they couldn't light them, so we downed everything, I pocketed the money which was ready on the bar to pay, walked out, followed by my mates who got asked to pay, who said I had already and pointed at the other lass, then casually walked out!
