If we sack him over this then the only person that the Trust will deem fit to rplace him with will be Mary Poppins.
I've heard much much worse from dug outs up and down the country.

It definitely is, its a threat to a person and could be reported to the police.
However, its probably one of those where the club will want to send out the right signal, an apology will work wonders, and he can be back on Wednesday.....
And just for the record if one of my team spoke like that and it was recorded whilst they were representing the company, they would also be suspended. Whether they got kept on would depend on whether they were apologetic enough, looked like they had learned a lesson - and whether they were good at what they did...

Having just watched the video I can’t see it being about anything other than that. Maybe that recording is the straw that broke the camels back. He doesn’t do himself any favours does he? Clearly him. It wouldn’t bother me like but in this day and age you’ve got to be careful what you say.

I have heard worse from the away bench at Matlock.
Perhaps there was a complaint fro Maidenhead, that would have to be investigated

Not sure if it’s to Maidenhead’s bench or some fans, but could easily have been reported to the police. Can’t operate like that as a manager of anything

Surely it's aimed at someone on their bench. He wouldn't be more or less offering to fight them "in there" to a fan - it'll be one of their staff and he's asking for a square up in the tunnel or the dressing room.
Sheridan was terrible for this sort of thing and he was sacked by Notts County for an appalling (but also funny) tirade at a lineseman. We're all adults but there's a line and Rowe crossed it at Maidenhead big time.

But that would be Wednesday wouldn't it, surely they should have started the investigation then.

With him saying to someone, possibly a member of our staff, “I want to see him in there in one minute” it seems to signal it’s a player rather than anyone else.

@SmithJournalist
Important to remember this is under investigation, and none of this is intended as accusing or gospel, but I've received a huge amount of similar stories from numerous people over the last few months, spanning back to Pre Season.
Joshua Smith
@SmithJournalist
2 managers described James Rowe as 'The most arrogant' manager they'd ever come across in their careers.
Senior member of staff at the club once told me he often calls at silly o'clock demanding things 'throws his toys out the pram' if they say it'll keep til morning #Spireites
Joshua Smith
@SmithJournalist
Another account back at the start of the season, referred to Rowe as Jekyll & Hyde, in how he acts behind the scenes & infront of fans
A representative of Gloucester during their game at Alfreton this season wouldn't comment further, but said they were well rid of him #Spireites

A member of #Spireites matchday staff has been in touch saying they've read my tweets (and many others) and can confirm many members of the clubs staff will sleep easier tonight, going so far as to describe James Rowe as a 'bully'. They say this has been coming for a long time.
