Which ones would you say we are most friendly with?
It would be interesting to see if a certain trend occurs.

If the former we seem to have good relations with Hull and Huddersfield and if the latter then no-one really, I kind of follow Arsenal due to the step lad being a fan.

It seems the 2 Rams votes are from you and I then Tim.
It saddens me to admit I was a Ram before I became a Spireite. As a young lad it just wasn't 'cool' to say you supported a lower league side. With a lot of my family being Rams, I was a regular on The Pop side at The Baseball Ground.
My first visit to Saltergate was in 88/89 v Bristol City 1-0(Bob Bloomer), and it just felt like 'home'. Never looked back.
That said I always look for Derby's result, after ours, and would love to see them back in The Premiership, with a stadium fit for it,and one of the most loyal fan bases there is.
Too many years of mediocrity, for a club steeped in history that deserve so much better.

My story is similar to you. Date-wise I think my first Saltergate visit was that same season. Only difference was my Dad generally sat us in the Normanton Middle tier. Thing is he, at the age of 56, and veteran of seeing his home town team win two league titles, is pretty much a Spireite convert too.

There was Tinsley's farm but I don't remember any kids from there, I think one of the blokes from the farm used to be the caretaker. The guy who lived opposite Moorfield was Ritchie Tansley and his Dad is a big Spireite.

Ah thanks TF. Jogged my memory there.
The only other Tinsley's I can think of lived on either Hill Top or Welbeck Rd, but can't remember which!!
