If ever there was a player who should relish going up the leagues it?s this lad

I think he?s the best player on the pitch 46 times next season

It?ll be so good that they?ll be more opposition fans he can wind up too

You only have to look at his performances against West Brom and Watford to see how much at ease he was on the ball and retaining possession against Championship defenders. He's got a very bright future ahead if he keeps developing.

Dobra will develop for sure and the rise in class will bring him on and maybe in a year or so he could make it into a lower ranked premiership team . Good luck to him

In theory, we could be in the Premier League in 3 seasons with Dobra

Mate, I'd die happy if that happens, but I'd probably have smile on my face, down at Hatterly's, if we ever make the championship.

With madden signing, Colclough back fit and IF clucas signs (or someone equally as good in a similar position) Dobs might not find himself starting game after game, especially given PCs preference to rotate his attacking options.

If Dobra can improve his end product then he should be looking to force PC in to starting him every week but I strongly doubt it?ll happen.

If end product means goals scored I believe he did as well as, if not better, than most that played in the ?three?.

Defensively, he?s improved significantly too.

Yes, at times, he might hold on to the ball too long but his ability to carry the ball forward at pace is an asset too.

Agree - it was absolutely typical Dobra; the determination to keep it in when everybody else thought it was out, the direct run at pace straight towards the opposition goal, the brilliant close control and shot. For me, he is our most gifted player, and he seems even more effective against better teams, though there's nothing wrong with PC giving him a rest whenever possible, as he did last season.

Dobra will get a slight bit more protection from refs in league two from what I've seen, so he should prosper from that alone. You can see he works hard at his game, and it matters to him if he puts in less than a perfect performance. He's starting to learn when to release the ball, because that was one of his big failings, and there's been several goals scored against us, while he's tried to beat everyone on the pitch.
His progress is a joy to watch and I hope we have him for a while yet, but he'll go for big money one day.

Almost forgot about Colclough! It?s mouthwatering what we could see going forward next season?.let?s hope the ?cloud? over him has receded.

Also, one of his strengths is drawing fouls when we?re under pressure, could be very useful next season.
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

Dobra is quite rightly getting all the plaudits but give Berry a full preseason with us and I'm absolutely certain that he will shine just as bright.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Yes, you're right about Berry. Last season he looked like he had much more to give but he ran out of steam too quickly to give it. Going from part time to full isn't an easy transition. The attacking options we have in the squad already is phenomenal, and Hobson looks a decent find too.
