He was described to me as a bully and I was told, without doubt, it would end in tears..
That video clip is embarrassing for our club, we are a Community Club and our officials and staff should have much higher standards than this. Had I been at a match with my Grandson and he had witnessed that outburst I would be knocking on the Chairman’s door.
That clip may not be the reason for his suspension, who knows but it doesn’t do the club or the Trust any favours at all. Our success on the pitch should not come at any price, we have standards.

I've heard much much worse from dug outs up and down the country.
Agree to an extent. It's tough at the top and in this league, people are out to get you and wind you up with more basic insults. Obviously individuals respond differently. If we were bottom of the league, then there may be a different argument in one sense. Apologise and move on. I've heard plenty of language from managers and players during my time as a supporter. Not quite Eric Cantona two -footed is it. Apologies, rap on the knuckles and get the job done.

Lets hope he has egg on his face tomorrow....
They would need to complete the investigation, schedule a review, give appropriate notice and then deal with the result.
Now Rowe could have walked and refuse to go along with it....
For all the temperament issues, it could be he’s made it clear he wants to take another job that’s he’s been offered- misconduct if talking to them without permission.
As you say he surely can’t be sacked without a full investigation and appeal process.
Unless he’s chinned John Croot (joke!)

A few very serious things were instant dismissal. If there is a catalogue of abusing staff, if that is what it is, has he been warned about it ? Football fires emotions - Cantona launching a kick at a fan, Ferguson raging and throwing stuff at players at half-time, Warnock routinely going crazy on the pitch and in the dressing room, etc. Behaviour in football which would have you sacked in any other job.
At what stage is Rowe at, or is the first time he has been reined in ? The Trust, by its very nature, probably need to work to higher standards than the average football club might tolerate. We also have a Trust member on the NL Board - he cannot afford to be embarrassed by the actions of our Manager
Suspension says to me that this may not be the end - unless this is something worse than a raging temper which needs curbing.

Jamie Rawson's (I presume) Dad is under the first tweet saying he won't go to another game while he's in charge after the way he was treated. Does anyone know anything about that? As for the video at Maidenhead I don't really mind that sort of thing; he would have been better off keeping his head and not threatening to chomp someone's snout but at least he's got some fire and passion in his belly. Hopefully it's just a precaution because this is the last thing we need with performances and results starting to stutter.

Or if he was warned previously. Or maybe he agreed to go quietly. Or maybe the announcement is premature

I dread to think what names will be linked with this job.
