When I saw the title- I thought it might be about Joe Skarz, who has also joined Oxford from Rotherham. I recall the public spat he had with Sheridan when Skarz was at Bury over Sheridan's comment that 'Skarz had found his level.'

Love his bio: "Professional footballer at Rotherham Utd. Striving for better."

Aren't you all, Richard.

It rarely is if it involves Evans. Due to the huge volume of signings there's a very good chance you'll be surplus to requirements very quickly.

At the risk of being controversial I thought brindley had plenty of promise and despite him being a money grabbing *** and deserting us still think paul cook would get the best out of him....

....but he would only be required if we sell tendayi for a couple of million!!!

Really??

He didn't little wrong in my book, and did what 99% of any of us would, move for more money (and the chance to play at a higher level!)

Still a decent L1 player, who, like most players SE seems to have signed, didn't make the step up to the Championship.

The perception of many at the time was that we offered him a decent contract and yes rotherscum obviously offered him more....

ergo anyone who leaves us is a money grabbing *** and when they repent and come back all is forgiven...............its football fans law!!! ;)

Thing is was he the money grabbing *** or was it (more likely) his agent?

good point, well made! as I said I'd have him back (not in front of TD) and think cook would get far more out of him than the fat bus driver....
