Got shingles. Jeez they are painful, and make you feel rotten. Would only wish them on Tories and the yellow scum

Ask your doctor fir some Lidocaine Patches, if the shingles site is where you can use them. They help quite a lot.

Is it true that if you had chicken pox as a kid you won't get shingles?

no. I think it's the chicken pox virus that stays in your system dormant then flares up. Could be wrong

No. You can only get shingles if you have had chickenpox. It's the same virus

I voted blue and my shingles didn't hurt...
Mind you I was 15 and they crisped up after 4 days

I had shingles when my missus was 6 months pregnant, and had to stay away from her for a week at the in-laws in the middle of a snowstorm! Poor barons. When I got it, felt like a heart attack...all the best, fishy.
