Do the players have a brain?

Do any of the players have a brain? If my boss was sending me out and asking me to lump balls to a forward line that has no height or to pump balls past a back line that we couldn't beat, I'd change the game plan and run the risk of the roasting later.

We bypass midfield in the hope that our strikers who are taking a constant battering can bring the ball down or get behind the defence, why persist with it, if it isn't working?

If the manager doesn't change the gameplan, why don't the players?

Interestingly there are many who subscribe to the very same thing happening in 94 - 95. Remember the supposed half time revolt at Mansfield?

Thats an interesting comment. Despite rhetoric to the contrary, are the players of Chesterfield Football Club playing for Lee Richardson?

The midfield wanted changing at h/t, but why stick Del out wide, though I thought he got in some decent crosses?

The forward line wanted changing at h/t too. When he did introduce Tex, why didn't Rico play him down the middle with Jack & Wardy playing off him?

<_< WE all KNOW we play our best game when we're passing the ball on the deck. Probably the players do but the MANAGER doesn't. Now who's the no brainer?
Many a good tune
