I guess you would have the champions from each league and then play offs for the others. This means you would need to be top 4 to qualify for the play offs thus ending the season for a lot of teams earlier. Richardson would lose his excuse for finishing 8th.

This is what Quinn hasn't realised from the last time we had regional leagues...
