Q. Sky walker. Does everyone at club share your ethic?
A. Some coaching courses are crazy and waste of time. PC flipped at players sat after giving away clear cut chance last minute, despite pen claim. Sam Hird got a roasting as captain to organise. 20 minutes heated debate and no "unlucky lads". Nathan smith berated for losing concentration and pushing on too much. Sam Hird got both barrels as Nathan Smith is blue eyed boy currently.

Q. Clarevoyant. Say to ref Rochdale?
A. Critical of pushing on when drawing late in games, got caught re Southend and nearly Rochdale, irrelevant of refs. Players can't afford to get caught in emotion. Called ref everything he could within reason but didn't "get a bite". Ref "Come in Paul, I've already had Tommy In" "I know I sent him!!" PC apologised for his reaction at final whistle and praised officials for game overall.

Q. Will we have wholesale clear out come may?
A. We are overpaying players. Everything player gets appearances money, irrelevant of result. Wants to stop it. Wrong mentality.

Q. Do you having backing fr above to do this ^
A. Brought in to facilitate change, really rates CT and DA but keen to establish an achievable level of success. If doesn't get promotion by end of next season, he's bollox'd!!

Q. Your passion is clear or all to see, and did it help being passionate at our place earlier this season?
A. DA loves Di Canio and maybe saw him in me. Swindon in a mess and PDC very selfish in considering his own future.

Q. If we go up, what's budget gonna be?
A. Current squad would not be good enough to stay up, promotion breeds expectation, every club has a level, and ours should be top half league 1, Tranmere should be our role model. We'd need more finance.

Q. Would you have done things differently from day 1 this season?
A. MR was the hottest property in L1 and l2 and you either want a top striker and pay for him, or you settle for second best. Any manager in lower leagues would have jumped at the chance to sign him.

Q. What's Richards Lacking?
A. The team lacks penetration, and we lack firepower.

Q. Plymouth at home?
A. John will be a better manager for his time here, feels for him aftershave success and he is a good manager. He will do well in future.

Q. Surely 70% of clubs expect to be higher?
A. Yep, meteoric success is probably too much too soon and we can't maintain that level of success.

Q. Should we look at attendances as a guide for expectancy level?
A. Not really, success fuels expectancy. We need to get back to winning, getting the winning feeling more often.

Q. Trialist tomorrow?
A. Spanish lad. Two CM's plus game for a fair few of first teAm squad.

Q. French lad - cant speak English or scouser, long term plan?
A. Can you play sat?

A. He's come in with a chance to fill the gap, appreciates we need a target man and a left winger with pace. No money to spend so everything is done on cheap, armand brindley and analyst, chimed earning less thAn lowest paid player currently. Analyst got carrot of a full time role if results merit.

A. Accy had no scouts or system in place. We have good system, teams watched and players sought. Cooper and O'Shea examples.

A. Appreciates support and effort/financial commitment from fans and agrees some managers talk crap!!
Q. Are you happy to takes people on, irrelevant of level at the club?
A. Yes, resistance to change is human nature, do it my way or the highway. Will live by the sword and happy to die by the sword.
Q. Clarify; are we good enough currently or not to go up?
A. Player are good enough, performances and results aren't.

Q. Tommy Lee. Extending his deal easy?
A. Don't have enough good players. No brainier, quality player, major publicity towards fans too. Bought in to where club want to be. Jos and LC took massive pay cuts to join us.

Q. tommy take much persuading?
A. Tommy, £5k a week enough?? Chris Turner instrumental in getting signature and PC and CR work closely on all players signings.

Q. Togwell long throw?
A. DW and JOS in box who can't head a ball??

Q. What's difference between player and manager?
A. Playing for wolves, whole club run by 3 people. After games, few beers and kick on. Now, distant from fans, players need to be real with fans, manager needs to be real with fans.L2 players shouldn't be treated like prem players. Players should be approachable but not abused.

A. Liverpool
Q. Not just actual play but background and off pitch activities?
A. Played at every level, 40+ games in prem and seen it all, people quick to criticise but not offer advice or constructive comments.

A. Lol, managers are too high up on their own pedestal and its wrong. Rogers has is own picture in his office, why??????? Too long with Jose!! Everyone above their station!! button enquirer about DT and PC laughed until he saw league table!!

Q. Plans for sat?
A. Outscore them!! Same set up but agreed to change at HT if no real progress is made.

Q. Any spare tickets for New York Stadium?
A. Yes, 10 freebies, only 8 spoken for. Big match expected and promise team will be up for it.
Q. Put two players on bus if we lose?
A. Story. Burnley go to Blackburn, live on TV, massive local derby. Lose 5-0. PC captain. 3 hours players still sat waiting for Stan to deliver his verdict. Daren't go home.

Q. Taking players through town?
A. Yep, if doiNg well then players should celebrate with fans. It's a drug, why not milk it?

A. Don't care, couldn't be bothered either way. The players are giving their all, that's all that matters. Anyone not will be identified and dealt with.

Q. Where do you see yourself in 10 to 15 years?
A. Currently, I am at a club who can give me success, if we haven't improved in 12 months, I won't have any problem walking. Success here is my only focus currently. Everyone has goals and targets, I'm no different.

Q. Please celebrate on the pitch a week sat.
A. Always acknowledge fans before games and make sure fans do after games. Sometimes get caught up in emotion after games but not intentional.

Well done sammy..but I feel opportunties like these are often wasted by inane questions...its a chance to dig into his long term plans
