england will not win the euros, tonight proved that beyond any doubt, southgate has done well but just lacks the true winning mentality that is required to... well win something. has to find a place in his side for trent, a talking point player but for me he wants the ball, has an authority to his play and makes things happen but the fact that he is squad player to southgate tells you all you need to know. -

cook so far seems to be setting his squad early, although Webb said signings may come later in the window but will we hang around to see what the everton summer reveals? or will we set our sights on other targets? either way, i'm happy enough with boot taking the gloves as no.1. -

currently watching donny v crewe on delay, ok so it's a play off but the standard is not great for what are supposedly the better teams of league 2, it's scruffy, it's chaotic, neither side can string 3 passes together, i am greatly encouraged. currently at 54 mins on my delayed watch btw, who knows it may improve... -

32 yrs old now, does that mean he won’t play in the Premiership next season.
from the games i've seen and its only about 6 he seems to be the heartbeat of this team, he's the captain and was signed by cook not the current manager, so he's won him over, rarely gets taken off so i'd say he will be given his chance.
