A fact in itself that ought to merit a mention or two from a bloke with your background. And amidst all the eye rollingly desperate accusations of being boring, at least SKS is recognising that. Admitting any loud and proud announcements will be just gimmicks. Eschewing the pledges you and others demand but which we both know you'd be picking apart no sooner than they appeared.

What sanctions will there be for those refusing it? Who'll be exempt? Where's the money coming from and wouldn't it better spent investing in full time careers?
