Correct and in the cold light of day brandishing the picture could be construed as a tribute gesture if they are interviewed. Hard to prove any offence even though the silly grin is prominent.

Rumour now is that it’s a photoshopped picture as the fella seen in the background wasn’t at the game last night and the image of the young boy on the phone screen is too clear when photod from a distance. Be interesting to see how this pans out

When u look at it again it really does look like a dubious photo shop pic.

I'm not sure it's any less sick to have photoshopped it than actually done it. Especially if he hasn't done it and has been receiving threats, which he has looking online.

That picture can't have been taken with anything but professional photography equipment surely. You couldn't get that clarity on the phone screen from the away end at Hillsborough otherwise.
