The worst example of civil disorder witnessed in decades took place at the Whitehouse on Jan sixth a few years ago.

An episode which saw thousands of right wing terrorists attempt to overthrow a democratic decision leaving several people dead.

    Including police officers.

But of course those to whom a foreign sounding name committing crime is like Viagra have not a word of criticism to utter about that...

The worst example in the world? Have you seen what's going on in Haiti?

Fantastic! Well done. I was supposed to do Manchester last year but got injured. Planning on doing Chester in October with a view of going <2:55 to give myself a decent chance of getting a good for age qualifier for London 2026.

What are your hopes for the 10k? I ran 36:17 at Trafford 10k in March for a new PB. I’d really like another crack at sub 36 before the weather gets too warm but can’t find a race that fits at the minute.

No chance of a PB for that one, it's a long uphill to Hardwick Hall then once you come back down it's a bit of slog back to the village. I'd be happy with sub 45 to be honest!

I'd like to try and get my 10k time below 40 minutes this year, Sheffield is always a good one for me but it's on the same day as Notts half so I'm still deciding which to sign up for.

Have you managed to get into the London marathon before? I've had no luck with the ballot but I might try for a charity place in future.

How is everyone’s running going? I ran a 5k PB of 17:02 a couple of weeks back. Very proud of that one but also gutted to just miss out on sub 17!😂 Fine margins. Got the Chester half marathon next Sunday. Going to roll the dice and go out at sub 80 pace and just try and hold on.

Wow that's fast! Ran a 3:31 at Manchester which I was chuffed with for a first marathon. Have only got the Hardwick 10k lined up at the moment.

Don’t get the love in with Maguire

Wish him well and all that but no idea why I’m reading social media posts about him being a Town legend and that we shouldn’t have let him go

Decent enough player but doesn’t have a position in a Cook team, very limited and only really effective on the left of a back three

He’s been at Town nearly 10 years and played around 170 games in that time, he’s never been a regular and never been more than a bit part utility player

If he wasn’t local people would have been moaning that we kept him on the payroll so long

Agreed, you would think we were releasing Virgil van Dijk in the way some people go on about him.

has Connor Cook got a bit of potential? I understand he’s Cook’s son but will he give us a bit of something or is he purely making up the numbers?

I'm sure I read/heard something once that he's involved with the scouting and analysis stuff.
