I don't believe half of what's alleged in that!
Anyone searching has to be security trained ans no one would ask a female to do that or search a child surely?

I believe the author of the letter is a policeman or former policeman. No reason to think any of it is untrue.

We didn't like the Bristol Rovers male stewards who were going to attempt to search a 14 yr old girl we had with us, until we told them to sod off.

Policemen don't lie

(Only kidding)
I know a few security guys and do know the law states they aren't allowed to search the opposite sex and no u16 (maybe u18)?

Grimsby may have a history of pyro recently? If so maybe Stevenage need to invest in cash to get a pyro dog! )which soon will be obligatory for all League clubs btw

Lets be honest here though on one piece in particular, if women were actually made to expose their bras in view of the line that is absolutely disgusting and ought to result in prosecutions.

I'm not sure it can result in that - it is though outrageous. Can't believe anyone would accept that at the time to be honest.

The responses at the time should have varied from a firm 'no thanks' to a punch in the mouth with various alternatives in between.
