Given the shockingly low benchmark of recent seasons, I'm hopeful it shouldn't be too difficult to demonstrate tangible improvement on the business side. I'll reserve judgement until then.

Well we could start with the bad debt, which was reported at £1k a week in the last two annual accounts.
