We’ve scored more goals than any team in the top five divisions. I’d say we’re cutting through most defences at will.

We've also conceded more than most. So, I'd say that they're cutting through ours with the same freedom.

Three points is all that matters.

The solution is for the EFL to acknowledge that the national League is of high standard and it's time to get two up and a play off

Current EFL clubs will look for any excuse to minimise relegation spots. Until NL management (🤣) show this league is run on a professional footing and stop devaluing the integrity of the league by brushing problems under the carpet and couple this by the fact that the management committee is made up of folk with conflicting interests it's hard to visualise any immediate change.
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

Standardising competition rules with the EFL would help, starting with the number of subs. How many clubs in the NL can’t field 7 subs, funnily enough they all manage it when they compete in the FA cup

If you consider that all the current bottom 9 teams in League 2 have played NL football in my lifetime (Colchester the longest away from this level Promoted in 1992) then they know how hard it is to get into or back into the FL they are less likely to vote for Christmas.

early days but i'd say this team/squad is better than last season, room for improvement? definitely, finished article? no but feels like we have more to come. probably been done to death but get rowe and asante off the books (not going to be easy) and we can add the finishing touches.

Whistler, any idea why Asante has apparently turned down both Solihull and Kidderminster in the last week or so?

Im guessing he is done with football and happy to see his contract out if he’s even not interested in opportunities in this division

He wasn’t interested in moving to either Aldershot and Maidenhead so that’s one sixth of the clubs in this league he’s turned down.

I am guessing he gets more money from us and jobs on the side than he would from moving to another club.

I think he's been told to knock his little cash in hand side hustle on the head, but he has been training with a established barber in Town
