I have noticed when using the "DuckDuckGo" web browser you don't get all the question marks in the wrong place.

It depends what you're using to post with, if you're using a mobile device/tablet the ?/' swap occurs if you're using a desktop or laptop computer it doesn't.

It does do it on a laptop\desktop....i see it happening on two different laptops at work. Its likely more an issue with either the browser being used (we have Edge at work which is basically the same as Chrome and i see the question marks) or a difference between the mobile and full versions of the website.
