    Just getting round to watching the start of the TNT Sport coverage of the home match v Oldham at the start of the season

    In an discussion with Will Grigg John Sheridan and Aaron Maclean pre match Sheridan let it be known that Will had just told him before the interview started that anything between 20 and 30 goals for the season he would be happy with so I reckon 25 is about spot on lol

    Also the fact that he has been absent since the halifax match of course to be taken into consideration as well

    I know Radio Derby have virtually no interest in covering our matches but I think their presenter Colin Gibson needs a geography lesson

    Towards the end of the Derby v Crewe replay he came out with the statement it looks as both Derby and Burton will lose their replays tonight so Alfreton Town will be the only representative from Derbyshire and East Staffordshire left in the 2nd round of the FA Cup

    Also the crowd at the Derby v Crewe match was just over 6,000 with over 800 from Crewe so the magic of the FA Cup looked to be in full force their tonight lol

    After losing 2-1 in the German Cup to a 3rd division team in midweek despite playing a fairly strong team Bayern are now leading 2-0 at Dortmund after 10 mins play

    After 10 minutes of the match tonight tennis balls thrown onto pitch from 2 sides of Southend supporters
    To chants of we want Martin out the match was held up for about 5 minutes
    Just after restart Southend took the lead

    I know we have a vital match away at Altrincham to deal with first but having watched Southend v Hartlepool yesterday afternoon if Hartlepool come to play us next monday with the same attacking intent then we are in for a cracking match
