He wasn't the starting keeper, he came on as a sub with ten minutes to go. The lad who let in the goals was an American trialist, Albert Simpson.
Edit
Just seen the report on the OS that says he started. Pretty poor that they get it wrong. I was speaking to him before he came on, and, yes, he is from Thamesmead Town, here on trial for a week

Funny you should say that, Alan Roe predicted these exact words would be posted on here in the first half when they scored the 3rd.

Ah right, cheers, should've known not to trust that. No mention of Morrison on the teamsheet either, yet the club were tweeting about him 20 mins in...

and very encouraging that the entire staff turns out to watch the game. Paul Cook was continually coaching Daly and was very involved even though he wasn't the one running the team on the night. You can't say that the staff don't give it their all.

nonsense. Staveley's team does have its fair share of youngsters, as do all non league teams, several of them cast offs from our YT but it is a good non league side with some very experienced players for that level. But hey, don't let the truth ruin your story!
Our side was very much a hotchpotch, giving game time to one or two pros, trying out several trialists and more experience to some of the YT. The great leveller last night was the pitch which was very hard and bumpy. Controlling the ball had its problems at times! Every time I go there I see loads of goals, on my previous visit there were 8 before it was abandoned! I understand they are offering free entry to CFC ST holders again this season so I may well pop down when we don't have a game.
