Quite possibly, but the Sky Cricket commentary team was diverse before last years departures, they already had Nasser Hussain, Mark Butcher, Isha Guha & Ebony Rainford-Brent in place. I believe that David Gower didn't want to leave as main anchor from what my uncle told me at Christmas. I think you're right about Both but he only made that decision after he knew Gower was being dropped and the death of Bob Willis.

Sorry I meant the pundits on Sky Soccer Saturday regarding diversity, now with the inclusion of the useless Sue Smith, and the utterly lousy Clinton Morrison. Nothing to do with gender or skin colour, they're just rubbish.
The cricket thing was done with one eye on freshening things up. Botham was quite happy to retire and he retired before the death of Bob Willis, although of course he may well have known about the illness of his close friend, another sad loss to the cricket world, but your uncles completely right, in fact Gower himself made it perfectly clear on his last ever broadcast with Sky that he didn't want to leave and was being forced out, I'm sure it made a few Sky execs cringe but it was live TV!

DG being forced out of Sky was similar to him being forced out as England captain twice. He must have sensed a pattern emerging. I'm stunned that someone like BT Sport or C4 haven't picked him up. And with regards to the Soccer Saturday team, they kept the worst one of the 4 in Merson who can barely string a sentence together.

Great victory that. The stint from Jimmy through their middle order was brilliant!

Well apart from the fact he’s a massive Cnut, he hates Derbyshire CCC for some unknown reason and that’s from a Yorkie

Awful commentator who talks crap then you have his anti-derbyshire stance for good measure. He also seems to prefer Australia to England often doing coverage for Australian TV and talking up the Aussies etc.

When you listen to TMS and the people on that it makes you realise how bad the likes of Nicholas, Gough, Batty etc are on Talksport. TMS i can listen to all day, Talksport i barely manage 10mins....in fact sometimes the best part is their crap signal leading to quiet spells!

of the 4 current 'greatest' number 3/4 batsmen there is a scale of dickedness it goes

Smith (SA Cheat Scandal) > Kohli (loves himself) > Root (has his moments) > Williamson (all round nice guy)

and will ever be thus
