Yep. I've given him more time than most but it's a bit of a shambles now.

I've always said he should be allowed 12-15 games of the new season but... after watch that passionless performance last weekend I feel that even the players have no respect left for the man, if that's the case he should go!

So 'YES'

However as the boss man is away on his jollys and not here to witness in person what we are seeing, then Rico will have another chance Saturday with his first choice front pairing available, so he's got another lifeline - this time he 'MUST' take it and then carry this on when he gets Page and Kerry back from suspension too stand a chance of keeping his job! Fergi was very lucky at Manure so will Rico be to survive the chop.....

The axe has already been sharpened and the executioner is on standby!

If we can get someone like Sir Alex Ferguson i would say yes,but the usual crew would be shouting even him out if he hasn't won anything in a year or so and Fergie took something like 4 years, need i say anymore....

the difference is that ferguson had a history of success with aberdeen in europe as well as scotland

so he was a manager who had the credentials to allow a board to say give him time

richardson has no experience or shown any capabilities with this club

the comparison i think is a mile apart

Did richardson win several cups and acolades in scottish football before taking taking over at saltergate? No, I didnt think so.

Stick to putting on your your shoes, you might have more success.

But my point is it took him 4 years to do anything with better resourses,if he had been here he would have next to nothing to work with, yes i agree miles apart......
