As for my question regarding cashflow, congratulations on the political chicanery of avoiding my questions. I'll ask them again just in case you missed them.

1. How much money of the 150k Ian Evatt transfer is available to RM?

It has been stated that we can recruit further players without cutting our staff.  It would be rather silly to start fee or salary negotiations with clubs or players by stating how much we have to spend!  It might be that RMc has already spent some of the money on loanee wages.

2. Has any of that transfer funds or clubs day to day income been used to pay the CFC board in anyway shape or form?

Details of arrangements with major creditors and directors should be included in the CFC (2001) accounts which are released to shareholders prior to general publication.  "Anyway, shape or form" might include paying Alan Walters for the milk for the tea that he picked up on his way in!  I do not think it is any part of the immediate plan to repay loans from directors with our day-to-day revenue.

Answers to questions with "I do not think" and "it might be" in them are hardly conclusive and sadly thats all that you seem to be able to offer us Pete. I hasten to add its I applaud your efforts for having a go but we seem to be nowhere nearer whats going on than when Norton Lea was in charge.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Just to save you reading the whole thread again, I'll pretend I'm in a good mood and summarise for you.
CFSS own the Club but the people who put in the money are the ones with the power. CFSS have a big responsibility but NO POWER. Their only influence is by negotiation. There is NO fall-back position because if the CFC Board choose to pull out nobody else will step in. CFSS are not currently looking actively for buyers, rightly or wrongly. If you think YOU are the person who can make a difference by going out and looking for buyers, then get yourself onto the CFSS Board, 'cos merely grumbling on here is futile and a waste of your time. It's also, of course, a waste of mine - so I ain't doing it any more.

For what its worth I agree with every point in your post, just wonder why everyone seems so happy to accept the position CFSS have put the club in.

Where we are in the league is irrelevant if we go under.

Say that to Wrexham supporters who went down because of a 10 point deduction by going into administration.

You know as well as I do that we will not go under.

I'm usually very cynical about CFSS (as you may have noticed) but I have had a few drinks and I'm feeling sort of mellow! What we have with CFSS is the same baord we would have without them - sans an autocratic megalomaniac in the chairman's seat.

Hic!

i am happy with things at our club, for the moment at any rate. as a previous poster has said, many lower league clubs (bormuf, rexum, even rovverum for example) would be happy to be in our position.

seems that there are 2 things that are upsetting some posters. falling cffs membership, and a percieved lack of info. Funding for the ground/club.

progress is being made, slowly yes, but even having the council on our side is, considering previous rejections, an improvement. should the move work out well, then evereything will be rosy, the club earns enough money to tick over nicely, increase the players budget AND pay the debt. if that happens, splendid, and all other gripes will dissapear
A new hope.
