There isnt at the minute and there wont be while people with attitudes similar to yours run the show.

The truth is your happy to perpetuate that myth that noone could possibly want to be involved with CFC as you dont want to give up the "kudos" of being a fans owned club. Even though all that CFSS cling onto regarding this football club is the debt while they have sold out cheaply to whoever could lend them a few quid.

This is the foundation you want base a successful football club on, your the one kidding yourself if you think we have anything to come other than perpetual dissapointment.

I have already stated above I would love for a succesful entrepeneur with time, money and a love for the game to take over the reigns - nothing would make me happier.

I am realistic enough to realise that is just a pipe dream though.

The irony is I will be cast as the negative one. IMHO there is noone as negative as those who think there is no hope. If you cant even begin to accept that there could be someone who would want to make a difference then you are no better than the rest of the blinkered, self pontificating fools that run CFSS.

I also believe that however takes over (unless they throw pot loads of money at us) we won't get much better results on the pitch than we are getting now, so I don't honestly see why you are demanding this change? Ok we are currently not the richest club in the land, but so what

That might seem harsh but you havent come up with a single point that proves no-one would invest in CFC if we went about it a serious constructive manner that would put the spotlight on the club and enhance its reputation and profile.

I've shown to you that when CFSS members can be bothered there are parties that are willing to invest in CFC.

Every journey must start with a small step and no-one seems to want to take it, not that this suprises me to be honest.

We are not going to agree on this (we have been round in circle's 4 or 5 times) although I don't agree with you, your opinion is yours and I would never try to take that away from you (I might try to make you see my opinion but your's is your's) and I would encourage you to stick to what you believe, as I would (and will) always argue the corner for what my opinion's are.

OK i agree to disagree. I sincerely hope your stubborness and inability to look at anything that might make this club better (which you share so well with CFSS) doesnt come back to bite us all on the bum. I'm saddened aswell that someone can be so ready to accept mediocrity as success.

Question away by all means. Suggestion's on how to move the club forward are to be encouraged, but to say "get new investment" is very vague when there is none forth coming, and no idea's are being given as to how, except actively search for it - hardly groud breaking stuff.

With the FE situation, I never mentioned it until you did and I have only raised queries and question's from that? If you cannot see this then I will not try to make you.

I'm glad you havent locked the thread as there is important stuff here and if it maybe gets one or two others thinking then great. You will always have the sheep that accept whatever they are told so there is no hope for them.

My last word is I hope we arent relegated cos if we are this club is done for cos the people running it are the type of people who send incompatible emails for treasurers reports which sounds like it is about as useful / plausable as a Darren Brown Fax machine.
