Town getting absolutely 'battered' on the Footy Scran site over the offerings and prices on the concourses from yesterday.

Well deserved IMO

£5 for that burger, +50p for a slice of cheese !!

If it’s United fans moaning then remember, same offering will be slightly cheaper in home ends lol

Ain’t had any decent grub at the ground since they sacked off the Jackson’s pies.

Have the United fans to compare posted a picture of a burger from their ground and the price. Probably not. Unfortunately this is the type of things most clubs do with a captive audience. Anyone on here been to Glastonbury to confirm what they charge for a burger. Can we do what Liverpool do and have a McDonalds franchise in the ground

Better than that burger that’s for sure.

Used to be good value in hospitality when we first moved to the ground but gone slowly downhill over the years..

It was full of away fans last time I went in and I never got my complimentary Buck’s Fizz either 🤨

Please no, we’re not that desperate.

Get a decent local firm in to do the catering, gotta be someone somewhere.

Trust the Trust. Community Club. Etc Etc...

Plenty of local food vendors and pop ups could provide quality snap. Other clubs manage it. Nothing short of scandalous the garbage we serve up.

As for McDonalds... it's barely even food.

The food in the grounds really poor, I’ve mentioned this numerous times but you can get all sorts of decent food at grounds now. Footy Scran itself is a great account showcasing the good and bad.

Times are moving, burgers and pies aren’t the be all and end all anymore. I suspect at the prices we now charge, we won’t be shifting many burgers/hot dogs so surely that should tell someone something

I’d get some of them food vendors from Queens Park food festival to do the food at the ground, I don’t mind paying for them.

Or that geezer in town that works his magic with them potatoes and wraps it round a stick with a flavour of your choice.

Does national attention of a problem on Twitter count as raising the issue or do we need to email the fans forum?

Do the club not do any research into the offerings around the ground? Who at the club signed it off? Yeah 5 quid for that seems reasonable?
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

I like what Gillingham do (others probably do as well but I've not experienced them)

They have a row of food stalls you can get fish and chips (unfortunately the southern type where you can just tell something is not quite right.) Italian, Chinese, Indian and American all from what I assume local businesses.

Lack of haddock down south, that’s the part that’s not right.

But a decent chippy in the ground would be most welcome.

Surely it is not beyond the wit of man to provide something more appealing than we do.

I know it denies the club revenue but I always eat outside the ground, especially as it always makes me baulk looking at those rollover hotdogs people walk around with.
These go to eleven.
