Another Spireite Sadly Gone.

He started watching Chesterfield in 1937 and was a regular at home until a couple of years ago when ill health prevented him doing so.
Told me so many stories about our most successful period and was ultimately responsible for my love of the club taking me to my first ever game on 14th October 1960.
We beat Coventry City 4 -1.
