Been out with clients this evening in leeds with two huge leeds fans.
There information they have is that Cooper has been on the radar for a while recent funds have made this and other deals possible .
Initial offer around £450.000 has been offered our value is nearer the £800.000 mark.
even though mccormack has gons they have both said their defence is their weakest link.
Please dont shoot the messenger just telling you what they know. I have known them about three years and they are sound lads
What will be will be : )

IMO, 450k up front, with sell ons and add ons based on appearances etc would be a good deal.
A new hope.

dont hull also have a sell on clause? Seem to remember the underground car park saying along those lines.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!

I think the top and bottom of that one is: no one outside the club really knows - in another thread there has been mention of a 10, 15, 20 & even 35% sell on clause, as well as talk of first refusal to buy him back. Sammy Spireite is certain there was just the option of first refusal on Tendayi, but (no offence Sammy) in this very thread he's also said there was no cost to Cooper joining when there was by all accounts an "undisclosed fee" (for further evidence of that, here's the official link from the club - http://www.chesterfi...tch-579064.aspx).
No one knows the terms of the contract, no one talking on here at least. But should the sale go through I'm fairly confident we will know if there is a sell on clause (for one, it may be used as justification should the transfer fee not be reinvested in the playing squad! )
