Great news. The lad is going to be as good as Eoin if he isn't already. Hope the pre-contract to sign him in the summer is nearing completion.

Yes, what I've seen so far I've been pleased with, he's looking better with ech game time that goes by. It would be good if we could sign him for next season as he is looking as though as though he could be the natural replacement for Doyle. Him and Byron could bring us a goalscoring partnership to keep us in contention for the playoffs next season (if not this). Cooky and Shinner nd Co, will whip them into shape in the pre season.

Well although he's contracted Wednesday will be looking to offload one or two strikers now they have been taken over and are setting sights on the Premiership (the Star reported they were looking at Jordan Rhodes for £12M!)

How much do we reckon would secure him? £150k?

Good signing. I'm 99.9% sure he can't play in the playoffs if we get there, can anybody 100% confirm this please?

Not seen or heard anything to suggest they're looking to offload him just yet.

The website article seems to confirm this stating he goes back after the Sheff U game

£12mil could probably secure them Connor Wickham and 1/2 other decent Championship players. They'd be mad to blow that kind of money on just one striker.

In all fairness, I think the rumour started from a deluded Wednesday fan from Football Heaven clearly getting too carried away with the news about a new owner and his ambitions

Its in the Daily Star and appears to be championship club gets taken over by some Asian bloke with a few quid so its silly season time. Owls fans i've spoken to also think its utter nonsense!

The wonderful world of football gossip...Rhodes now going to Derby or Norwich on loan or to Forest on loan then buying him for £8m....

Championship promotion hopefuls Derby County and Norwich want Blackburn striker Jordan Rhodes, 25, on loan for the rest of the season. (Daily Telegraph)

But Nottingham Forest also want Scotland international Rhodes and are keen to include an option to buy him for £8m if they are promoted to the Premier League. (Sun - subscription required)

Its all just made up rubbish!

Hasn't been the same at Millwall since Dan Gardner wasn't providing all of his assists.
