Hats off to Bromley with their run, but we should really be winning this league comparing our resources to theirs.
If we don’t go up this year, we won’t go up for many. One of Kirks was trying a sweetener on my mate the other day, trying to get a couple million investment to the club. Apparently we’re banking on promotion this season or club will be stuck in a 6mil + hole for future. It does look all rosy on pitch, but off the pitch, it can turn really bad. Depending on outcomes of the season

I agree if we don't go up this year might as well forget it. Oldham or Southend next year. This has to be done this year.

It’s in our hands.
Think most are nervous as we’ve been known in the past for chucking opportunities away.

At the moment no, secure investors. If we don’t go up, yes. There was a board meeting last Thursday or Friday can’t remember which, but outside investors basically said they’re pulling the plug if promotion fails this season, no idea why now they’ve changed their stance on timing. Their investment are currently plastering over a crack at the club. Promoted..then the crack is fully plugged for foreseeable, if not, tear off the plaster.

I assure you my friend, you’re unreliably informed. Just take a look at our balance sheet and you’ll understand.

Yep it’s frustrating. After 24 games we could have had another 13 points if we hadn’t drawn two games and lost three. Nevertheless we are hammering this league and are in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. I don’t doubt that we have the financial clout to strengthen the squad if we remotely wanted to. If you’re not enjoying this season you probably need to bale out and take up pottery.

Not one bit of enjoyment if Town lose for me. I hope we hammer the Birmingham Airport Parking Bus Stop team soundly.
I think 6 seasons in this league have taken their toll on everyone. I’d give my right arm for League 2 mid table mediocrity and crossing swords with the Crewe’s, Gillingham and Bradford’s.
