With injuries mounting up 2 up top could be an option with Ogrady and Dennis

Rowley is learning, but is still a work in progress, he gives the ball away far too much still, and his crossing is erratic at best, .. but he's not afraid to keep trying, one day he will be worth a few quid.

Ok. No pace.....I agree.
No movement?......That’s unfair. In every match he’s played for us he has run both channels, won knock ons in the centre and held his own against some brutish defenders.
Today should give him more confidence now cos he changed the course of that game today.

But in answer to the OP, him becoming a #10 is a million miles off. He did well today holding the ball up and bringing others into play. He is still immobile.

We were crying out for hold up play at the business end of the pitch. He came on, did that fantastically and his introduction won us the match. Changed the game.

With the personnel we have at our disposal, at least until January, Jack has found a system which is currently working so I can't really see him changing it much.
However, if O'Grady is to start it has to be in a "two up top" whatever the formation behind.

He may lack pace but makes up for it with strength.
