It's just bizarre how bog standard players are going for fee's in the millions.
I remember thinking Wow when Roy Keane went to Man U for about 2.75 million and that wasn't that long ago. I like many others also have no interest in the Premiership, they can stuff it where the sun don't shine.

This is the exact reason that we do not do well as a national team, It is time that the football league put a cap on transfer fees. But as it involves Mega Money this will never happen.
It is interesting to see Port Vale going overseas for players and introducing them to league one. Perhaps they should change the name of the English Football league to the International Football league.

Yeah lot of Vale fans here are filled with doom and dread about what is happening....... they have already bought 8 foreign players in and feel its either going to be a stroke of genius which will see them promoted or a total disaster ending in relegation and years of problems for the club.... time will tell i guess but am not sure a lot of foreign players are gonna roll their sleeves up on a cold january evening on a boggy pitch against Wimbledon...... :-)

199 Jordan Bowerys would be permanently offside and the other would be facing the wrong way

Anyone in row z would get an absolute peppering.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

To be fair Fergie totally messed him about.

Couldn't even get in the team above players being played out of position but walked straight into the Juve team just about

Glad it's going to cost them

not going to 'cost them' really though is it? £100m (+ wages) over 3-5 yrs wont even make a dent in the money making machine that is man utd.
when teams like Leicester & Bournemouth are throwing £15-20m about for players £100m for the best players will be the going rate.
its monopoly money in the prem, not reality.

Whatever happened to the electronic advertising boards that were going to be installed around the pitch? The deadline was June 2016 when it was announced, and I haven't seen or heard anything.

Had it from a source today that September is the likely time for them to be up and running.
