Just been reading the the rivals sites for rumours :) and they seem to think larkin will sign for us on monday, i'll be disapointed personally because i would have hoped that this signing on monday would have been better quality than larkin, although he if does come then im sure he'll get the fans support.

Whoever comes, for whatever position, I hope he gets more support than that

It looks unlikely that he will sign, Darlington seem certain he is joining them.

Also he is not an international so he is not the one in Roys press release.

My wish was always to see the club in the Championship before I die but they have let me down

He scored a goal every other game when in this leageu with Mansfield. 7 goals in 13 games. Is that crap in a team that got relegated? Over a season that would work out at about 25 if he could keep it up. Better ratio than anything we have.

I thought the "international" signing was not until later on in the week?

And if Larkin does come then i will certainly support him, like it was said - our strikers didnt do an awful lot last season

Roy's press release mentions nothing of an international signing on monday.

It says we are at the early stages of talks however another signing is expected Monday etc

Fair point - our four strikers got 23 between them last season.

Anyone coming here and getting a goal every other game would be walking on water.
