No window for us, we can sign anyone from anywhere either on loan or permanent whenever we want.

Bit over an over reaction! We have either Williams or Frecklton to drop in central defence & Horton moving into left back

There is no window in the National League until March when all transfer activity ceases unless for emergency Goalkeeper cover. How many more times before anyone gets it? And as has been mentioned we have cover for his position.

I think the reality is that Grimes will only be suspended for 2 home league games and the question is more about if we bring somebody in for just those two games. The cup game is a bonus and not one we are expected to win.
So, unless we've been tracking a LCB for some time and consider it's now time to strike -
1. Do we loan a player whose club might not want him to get cup-tied?
2. Do we loan a player who might already be cup-tied?
3. Do we sign a player permanently who might, or might not, be cup-tied but will be playing second fiddle behind Grimes after just 3 games?
4. Do we go with what we've got?

Can’t see him coming back. He’s playing week in week out down there, Crawley’s manager wants to keep him, there’s no guarantee he’ll get many games if he came back here and he’ll certainly be let go once his contract is up.
