Sorry but I can?t see anywhere in the above diatribe where you?ve commented on Labour ?slashing? immigration numbers? Which was the direction of my conundrum point! Not in voting Labour.
Now to me ?Slashing? means drastically cutting the numbers of immigration. Now why would the Labour Party want to do that when people are fleeing war, famine, persecution and many other atrocities? Surely assist them? Smashing the gangs, there?s that word again, will, Labour say, drastically reduce the numbers arriving here, particularly in small boats, but why do they want to do that?
Unless, and here?s the crux of it, just like many people have concerns that are beaten back almost immediately with the usual slurs, Labour know that many of those arriving here shouldn?t be!

I thought you were the one dodging Starmers pledge to SMASH immigration numbers, I must have missed it, unless you agree that many of those coming here shouldn?t be?
And ?no? because I won?t offer contrition for who I voted for? Who to exactly?

But on the other side apparently Sir Kier wants to scrap the law that ensures minimum service levels on railways, in schools, and in hospitals during strikes. That will play well in the middle class commuter belts. Sounds more like Corbyn and the 2017 manifesto in parts than a party that has changed...

And still Unite cant back the manifesto apparently - it seems they have seen it when the voting public havent.

According to an article I saw the other day the main union bods sit in on the Labour manifesto meeting, Clause V I think it’s called. Of course it may be wrong!
