You may think that this is an excuse for a p#@s up (and it half is) but from watching from the sidelines one thing is obvious. Not enough of the players know enough of the other players well enough to give them a rollocking on the pitch or shout out when things need doing / aren't happening.
What better opportunity to get to know the other players and feel comfortbale in their company than on a night out when all the squad (manager included) will be making a fool of themselves.
Team building at it's ultimate best.
