    2 are a necessity currently due to Shaw being injured and no other left back taken as none jumped out to be picked in the squad, Trippier has played there numerous times for England before. There is a reasoning behind three right backs in there and it doesnt show the full picture to blindly say we played three backs!


    They should?ve brought Mitchell from Palace. Natural left footed left back who had a good season. If you play Foden on the left you need a fullback who can overlap and cross with their left foot.

    Crazy shout isn?t it. Saka killed Pavlovic the entire first half and set our goal up. Palmer can?t skin people like that, he?s a good player but our style of play often requires runners in behind and people who can take a defender on successfully.
