If so, more stupid protocol that gets VAR an even worse reputation than it deserves (and that is hard)
No the onfield team determined that the Dutch player impacted the keeper's ability to make a save. It didn't matter whether he was likely to be successful in his attempt. The VAR agreed with this decision. He was hardly likely to say that he ref gave offside and he agreed and then invite the official to look at it again! -

Precisely; IMO nobody who has any feel for the intensity, pace and spirit of the game could possibly tolerate this VAR idiocy.
VAR got this completely right! The current interpretation of handball says this is an offence in the build-up to a goal. The referee missed it so it is a clear and obvious error.
Had the referee seen it and determined it didn't constitute handball then it wouldn't have been an error.
The issue for me is stating that the laws of the game make this handball. -

Just a heads up that no names are currently available to be printed on shirts as we are waiting for further lettering supplies.
So if you?re collecting shirts that?s the situation.
Not waiting for further supplies, the new EFL font is not yet available for any club. The back of the shirt sponsor for the League is "EFL in the Community" which will be seen on the numbers but none have yet been supplied. -

Muslims in Britain have zero tolerance of homosexuality, says poll
52% think it should be illegal
Zero tolerance, that?s quite damning isn?t it?
You think they can be educated?
Not seen figures for the UK but in an American poll 51% of Muslims supported same sex marriages, this compared to 49% of Republican voters and 41% of Christian churchgoers.
